就是我自己現在住的地方啦，因個人因素要提早搬離，
租金：15000/月（包水不包電，電4.5/度）
養貓咪ok，有管理員及代收垃圾，
位於7/12樓，採光佳，窗外沒有大樓遮蔽
家具都含，有自己的洗衣機跟小冰箱，窗外可曬衣服，
有HDMI線可連接電腦螢幕至電視，有wifi
離最近的捷運站為捷運雙連站或中山國小站，走路皆8-10分鐘，公車站牌2分鐘，
樓下不用過馬路就有便利商店、便當店、自助餐......
預計五月開始出租，現在還沒搬走，所以照片有點亂
