剛剛在狗狗大便中發現一隻全身白色的蠕蟲，長約15mm，寬約2mm，有個短短的尾巴，前進速度比蝸牛快，請問是什麼蟲呢？家中有其他狗狗，是否會傳染呢？因為當時要洗澡沒帶到手機而且他爬得還蠻快的，所以就把他沖掉了。請求解答。
