如果感冒看醫生 - 鳥

最近白文偶爾會有個奇怪聲音，聽起來像有鼻涕(但又像只是在磨牙)，
有點擔心該不會是感冒了?
但除此之外看不出其他異狀，食慾還是很好，也很有精神。
現在想問的是，光是鼻涕還不足以判斷是不是感冒或其他病吧?
那這樣的話，如果醫生要開藥，怎麼知道該開什麼樣的藥?
這樣不就等於亂投藥嗎?
(但不治療，到時候可能就來不及救了......)
