寒流來怎麼換水 - 魚

請問目前魚缸三呎半缸，假設180公升的水
在寒流來的時候
水的溫度應該只有1X度，
可是我缸內的水溫約是25度上下，
我應該怎麼換水才能
避免水溫震盪過大
目前我都是先把水抽出來，
再一邊三胞胎入水，一邊加熱水
可是這樣的溫度我沒辦法控制在很穩定的範圍，
且有時候 在水抽出來的時候，
水溫就開始降了 >"<
請問前輩有什麼好的建議嗎？
