底櫃積水需要把底缸墊高嗎？ - 水族

大家好，
我最近剛設好一個5*2.5*3尺缸，底缸4*1.5*1.5

在調整出水管的時候落水管掉下來，導致底櫃積水；已經過了一天，底缸跟木櫃的接縫還是會滲出一點水
而且這個底櫃內部是沒有防水處理的，現在主缸、濾材全弄好了，要拆出來塗防水漆也沒辦法(而且沒有人力幫忙搬主缸)，請問該如何處理呢？

因為主缸落孔開太後面，也沒辦法插一片瓦楞板防水(落水管會因此卡到乾濕分離槽)

目前底缸是貼著底櫃支柱放的，地震會有危險嗎？
