有人膝關節異位選擇不開刀的嗎 - 狗

是小型犬. 現在有一隻腳比較嚴重 是三級. 常常遛狗時他都在踢腿. 通常踢一兩次.嚴重時踢五次. 走路也是有點外八.
重點是他現在還很年輕.不知道如果選擇不開刀 老了會不會嚴重到不能走路？因為開刀錢將近五萬. 如果不是不開會有很嚴重的後果，真的是有點太貴了！
想問有人可以分享膝關節異位沒開刀的狀況嗎？謝謝
