有滴蚤不到 是否百分之百有效？ - 狗

如題，想請問大家是否有人有類似情況發生？前陣子我家狗得到小焦蟲，經過治療後，現有滴蚤不到，不過聽醫師說也不能保證百分之百不會再被壁蝨感染，讓我很猶豫之後還能不能帶狗兒去郊外走走，想聽各位的意見一下！
