想請問一下~~
因為我家的狗狗是在員林收容所認養的~~~
可是認養的時候還很小~~~
所以那時候就沒結紮~~~~
但現在長大了~~~~
想請問 我設籍在台南居住在台中~~~
哪裡有資訊可以免費或是補助的結紮醫院呢?
