致 北辰大：
本人於撰寫文章時，閱讀了北辰大於部落格中發表的文章，因為文筆拙劣，
所以使用的語意及文章編排，與北辰大的文章產生相似，另外在複製法條時
，未查將北辰大的文句一同複製，實屬有誤。造成北辰大與網友的不快，
小弟鄭詠仁在此向北辰大致歉。未來在撰寫文章時，會更加注意。
