若有一星期不在家，該開燈還是關燈？ - 魚

請問一下，
因為我個人沒有定時器，
所以無法使用定時開關裝置，
想請教若我有七天的時間不在家，
那這七天該是關燈還是開燈對魚兒會比較安全？
(我有十幾尾燈魚、兩三隻熊貓鼠、垃圾魚、及一株大型水草而已…)
