針對不可數的名詞,要訊問數量
How much water do you drink per day? ......水不可數....你每天喝多少水?

How many
對於可數的名詞,問數量
How many books do you have? ......書是可數的....你有幾本書/?

some / any /a
some 一些 (可數,不可數)都可用
He has some friends here...........他在這兒有一些朋友
He has some apple juice when he was thirsty
.....他口渴時,喝了一些蘋果汁
any 任何一個,用於單數
Any of the girls has a cpmputer......任何一個女孩都有電腦
He doesn't have any money now. 他沒有錢
a 不定冠詞
He is a good boy.
one / ones
不定代名詞
There are many watches in the store. I asked my dad to buy me one.
店內有很多手錶,我要我爸幫我買一隻.

Are there / there are
中文意思是 : 有" , 單數用 there is , 複數用 there are
一般直述句用 there is , there are
若是問句則改成了 is there are there...
There is a dog running under the tree......有一隻狗 ....
There are a lot of dogs running under the tree.....有很多狗....
Is there a dog running under the tree?....有一隻狗 .....?
Are there a lot of dogs running under the tree?....有很多狗....?
