都以此方法舒壓
1．把每天不愉快的事寫在日記,因為家人有時不ㄧ定想聽.
2．聽廣播,聽一些主持人說話較幽默的節目,
或聽單純放音樂的節目.
3．看覺得好看的連續劇或電影,
我壓力大時很愛看恐佈的電影.
4．吃自己愛吃的食物,我特愛吃餅乾
心情不好就拿各種餅乾來吃,
花小小的錢卻能有一種滿足感.
5．養寵物,我家有養狗我會和狗玩,
動物是天真又沒心機的,跟牠說心事不怕被洩密.
我說的這些只對輕度的壓力有效,
覺得當壓力源太大時是沒有效的吧.
其實我也知道運動對舒壓有幫助,
只是我個人討厭運動,我都只做靜態活動.
