請問浪板 - 魚

跟人要了一塊浪板
不過外面套著一塊像是麻布袋完整封住
我問原使用者他說之前他跟人家要的時候也是整個一起放到水裏
這樣才不會砂子卡在浪板上, 聽起來好像有點道理
可是google查好像都沒人連麻布袋一起放魚缸裏
想請教一下我該把它拆開嗎,
如果是的話,那要如何避免小石子掉下去呢?因為以後打算用它做底濾
