請問這是什麼蟲？ - 魚

魚缸出現了類似昆蟲的東西...以前沒有注意到。
是在一次早上5點多開燈才注意到...之後就特別注意。
一開始我還以為是蚱蜢掉到水裡，後來發現他會呼吸...而且會游泳，還游的不慢。
非常警覺，我只要一移燈他就躲到不知道哪去，所以也沒把他撈出來。
今天再看到，發現他變胖了....
看精華區，懷疑是蜻蜓或豆娘的幼蟲，但又不確定...請各位幫我鑒定鑒定，謝謝。
