家裡的龍魚眼睛外圍出現細菌感染的情況，

爬文後決定用抗生素+0.3的鹽+33度處理，
買不到四環素，
所以藥房推薦了紅黴素，
可是水族館老闆建議用魚專用抗生素，
偏偏家鄉沒賣，
要網購想請教版友，
1.這樣處理魚是安全的嗎？
2.有推薦的抗生素嗎？

（目前4呎缸，約240公升，下紅黴素250毫克，食鹽700克，溫度32度）
