詢問遛鄰居的狗，會很怪嗎？ - 狗

鄰居家原本有兩隻狗狗，一隻臘腸跟一隻很老的獅子犬，他們都是24小時被放在很小的院子，不論刮風下雨主人都不會把狗進家門或是去遛狗。但至少他們還能跟對方玩，是好朋友。
最近老的那隻過世了，剩下的小狗每天都很憂傷、憂鬱，趴著一動也不動，我每次經過都很心疼，怕他憂鬱症。
想請問如果冒昧的請問鄰居能夠幫他遛狗，陪他的狗玩，會很奇怪嗎？
有人有這方面經驗嗎？
